Pay as you go support

This option is ideal if you do not have a complicated system, and only need help onsite occasionally.

Remote support and Pay as you go onsite support

Whether you have one computer or several within your business, we can offer remote support through our website which doesn't require a pre-configured VPN connection to use. Access to your computers is controlled by you and gives you peace of mind knowing that you can get a quick response and resolution to your problem. Most IT problems can be solved remotely, so this service is valuable to our customers. A small monthly fee is charged for this service. Any visits to your business premises however would still be chargeable at our normal hourly rate.

Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Support contract

This type of support package is generally for businesses that have a complex IT infrastructure, and require assistance on a regular basis. This service includes remote support, telephone support, site visits, hardware support, and server support.
